Private debt investment in Simplifai
Armada Fund V has closed its eleventh investment and, by providing financing, supported management, founders and the investor consortium for the buyout of Simplifai AS (“Simplifai”) from the listed company Elop AS.
The investment consortium comprises Norwegian growth investors such as Montin, a well-renowned Norwegian growth investor, among others. Headquartered in Oslo and founded in 2017, Simplifai’s SaaS solution offers AI-powered Digital Employees to effectively handle repetitive & time-consuming tasks. Simplifai has developed a software that interprets human communication consisting of free text in multiple languages and executes pre-defined assignments, freeing up valuable time and resources for its global client base.
