Private debt investment in Global Attractions SPI

Armada Fund V has closed its fourth investment and provided financing in support of the acquisition of Global Attractions SPI by Accent Equity.

SPI is one of the pioneers and a leading manufacturer & supplier of equipment for indoor playgrounds and other leisure related activities, providing turn-key solutions to e.g. Family Entertainment Centres, hotels, airports and restaurants. SPI’s expertise, quality and full-service capabilities have secured the Company a position as European market leader. In addition to the acquisition financing, Armada is supporting the business with further expansion capital.
