Private debt investment in ctrl QS

Armada Fund V has closed its eighth investment and provided financing in support of the acquisition of ctrl QS GmbH Rollout Management for Digital Projects (“ctrl QS”) by Odewald KMU.

Headquartered in Berlin and founded in 2009, ctrl QS is a specialised digital agency serving large multi-nationals and global brands with support services for rolling out and operating digital solutions.
