Private debt investment in Halon

Armada Fund VI has closed its second investment and provided financing in support of the acquisition of Halon by Intera Partners.

Halon, headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden, is a global supplier of email infrastructure software. The mission critical software supports both high-volume senders and mailbox providers ensuring functional and secure communication within the email ecosystem. Supporting Halon and Intera Partners in the next part of the growth journey as they continue to solidify the position as an industry leader in the next generation of email infrastructure providers is a testimony of Armada’s commitment to support growth companies in the Nordics and Northern Europe.
