Armada Mezzanine Fund III has provided mezzanine financing in support of Norvestor’s acquisition of Inmeta Crayon (“Inmeta” or the “Company”) from the Oslo stock exchange.
Inmeta is a leading licensing partner for a range of software manufacturers including Microsoft, Adobe, Symantec, Citrix, VMware, Oracle and IBM on the Nordic market. The Company also provides advisory services as add-on offering to the software licensing business. Inmeta had a total turnover of approximately NOK 1.7bn in 2011, approximately 450 employees and 13 offices located in Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Germany.
